    About the client


    Bekhtir is a Ukrainian women's clothing brand that actively sells through its own website and Instagram. The client approached our agency due to unsatisfactory results from their previous online advertising contractor. The main request was to scale online sales, increase the return on advertising investment, and build a transparent performance strategy with a clear focus on conversions and revenue.
    Task

    The client was dissatisfied with the effectiveness of their current online advertising contractor. The main problems were:

    • unstable sales,
    • lack of transparent analytics,
    • poor return on advertising investment.
    Solution

    1. Start with targeted advertising (Meta Ads)

    In the first stage, targeted advertising was launched on Instagram and Facebook.

    To increase efficiency, the work was divided between two specialists:

    • Specialist 1 — focus on target actions: correspondence on Instagram (Direct), working with warm leads.
    • Specialist 2 — focus on website visits and purchases: optimisation for conversions and sales.

    2. Connecting Google Ads

    After two months of collaboration and stabilisation of results in the target audience, Google contextual advertising was connected, which allowed us to:

    • capture hot demand,
    • scale sales without losing efficiency,
    • increase total revenue.

    Results

    Thanks to a comprehensive approach (target + Google Ads), distribution of roles within the team, and a focus on business metrics, the Bekhtir brand managed to significantly increase online sales and achieve a stable return on ad spend (ROAS) of 6+.
