    The client LocKey approached us with a request to help sell commercial premises in Kyiv in the dark kitchen format. The main task was to quickly create an effective digital tool to attract potential buyers.

    The project was focused on achieving results in a short time frame. Key challenges:

    • the need to clearly demonstrate the advantages of the premises,
    • the need to collect high-quality applications from interested buyers,
    • the need to quickly launch advertising targeting the local audience in Kyiv.

    All solutions had to be geared towards maximum conversion.

    Our solution

    We proposed creating a landing page as the main sales tool. Within the scope of the project, we:

    • developed the landing page structure with an emphasis on the advantages of the premises,
    • integrated a lead form for collecting applications,
    • developed advertising creatives,
    • launched targeted advertising in Meta Ads in Kyiv.

    All stages were implemented as quickly as possible.

    As a result, the client received:

    • an effective landing page for selling commercial real estate,
    • a steady stream of enquiries from potential buyers,
    • an interested target audience with relevant requests.
