Project description
VOVK is one of the most famous women's clothing brands in Ukraine with a network of over 50 offline stores. The client approached us with a request for a complete redesign of the website, which had to match the scale of the business, modern e-commerce requirements, and user expectations.
Challenges
The key challenges of the project were:
- the need to create a convenient and intuitive UX for a large number of users,
- the development of a modern UI that matches the positioning of the fashion brand,
- stable website operation without failures, as even a few hours of downtime can lead to significant financial losses,
- integration of new functionality without risks to existing business processes.
The project required maximum attention to detail and technical reliability.
Our solution
We approached the project comprehensively:
- developed a modern UI/UX design focused on user convenience and conversion increase,
- optimised the catalogue structure and navigation,
- added new functionality that improved the user experience and simplified the purchasing process,
